Order Cancellations
Full Refund: Orders cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date will be eligible for a 100% refund.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the delivery time will not be eligible for any refund.
Product Concerns at Outlet
If a product is found to be damaged or defective at the outlet, CREMABONN will issue a full refund.
Customers are strongly advised to inspect the product at the time of pickup or delivery at the outlet.
Quality Issues After Purchase
In the event of a genuine quality issue, and upon receiving a formal complaint from the customer, CREMABONN will process a refund in accordance with our terms and conditions
